Possible answers to the question of who owns our ports might be
- the Scottish Government,
- the London Government,
- the Local Authority ….
- the Queen
All reasonable guesses. Well maybe not the Queen!
But all wrong. Our Ports are mostly owned by hedge funds and run for their benefit and profit.
